On June 4th and 5th, a team of talented UFAZ students known as NEXUS showcased their brilliance at the Creative Business Cup 2023 International Final held in Copenhagen, Denmark. This remarkable achievement came after their impressive victory in the Azerbaijani National stage in May. The team, comprised of Omar Nuruzada, Sanan Chaharkama, Araz Shafiyev, Gular Ismayilova, and Emin Khalifayev, had the incredible opportunity to compete against participants from all over the world in the prestigious final round, where they made their way to the top 5.

NEXUS, led by Captain Omar Nuruzada, has been passionately working on a startup project aimed at combating climate change by reducing aircraft emissions. Their innovative solution has garnered significant attention and accolades during the event. Omar Nuruzada expressed his enthusiasm, saying, "Although we didn't secure the first place in the final, our overall experience was extremely positive. During the event, we had the chance to showcase our project to numerous professionals, including investors and entrepreneurs. They showed a keen interest in our solution and its potential impact on climate change and global warming. We are now looking forward to participating in other events and competitions to further advance our startup."

The Creative Business Cup stands as a prestigious annual global competition that attracts participants from over 80 countries.
