On July 17 2019, UFAZ welcomed guests from Total's French office. The Direction Total Education Developments Jean-Claude Heidmann and Coordinator for International Programs Christelle Lavalou got acquainted with UFAZ premises and then followed to the meeting with UFAZ management. Mr Heidmann and Ms Lavalou spoke largely about the importance of Education for TOTAL group worlwide. 

They also mentionned the different options of scholarships provided by TOTAL for the best students in engineering sector from all over the world, following a strict and thorough selection process based on values very much shared with UFAZ - the ones of excellence and diversity.

Indeed TOTAL company tries to foster and promote young talents throughout the countries where they operate, in their various fields of activities.

TOTAL has more than 150 departments. The main operations of Total include refining, chemical producation and the marketing of petroleum products, as well as distribution of gas and green power. 

During the fruitful meeting held at UFAZ, both parties spoke about aeras of cooperation including possibilities of Master program scholarships in France, internships for some best students of UFAZ and guest lectures/conferences by Total experts who often travel and have a lot to share with students from their professional experience.
