On March 5-6th, 2022, the French-Azerbaijani University held the #UFAZHackathon2022 competition among students.

At the initial stage, 49 teams registered to participate and 28 teams were selected for the competition. The hackathon is dedicated to solving problems in the fields of agriculture, technology, environment, finance, health and water management.

For 2 days, participants, with the team of 3 members, performed programming tasks on the given topics with the help of invited mentors from different companies.

At the end of the competition, 24 teams presented their results to the jury and were evaluated.

The winning teams (Perihelion - 1st place, Movement - 2nd place and Enigma - 3rd place) were awarded 3500 AZN, 2500 AZN and 1500 AZN respectively, and other special awards from sponsors.
