The ceremony of awarding diplomas to the first graduates of the Azerbaijan-French University (UFAZ) was held on May 5. The event was attended by Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev and Rector of the Azerbaijan State Oil Industry University Mustafa Babanli. Michel Deneken, President of the University of Strasbourg, joined the ceremony virtually from France. Speaking at the event, the Minister of Education praised the achievements of UFAZ and congratulated the graduates. Then, Emin Amrullayev presented diplomas of both universities to the first graduates of UFAZ and wished success to the graduates. It should be noted that some of the graduates continue their education at world-class universities. The rest of the graduates started working in public institutions and the private sector.
