On December 17, 2018, UFAZ Steering Committee held its fourth meeting at the University of Strasbourg (Unistra) with the participation of Unistra President Michel Deneken, ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Education Mukhtar Mammadov, Deputy Chief of Staff Yagub Piriyev, representative of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affair Martine Roussel,Vice-President for International Relations of Unistra, Irini Jacoberger, as well as UFAZ Coordinator Jean-Marc Planeix, UFAZ Director Vazeh Askarov, UFAZ Secretary General Charlotte Payen, UFAZ project manager in Strasbourg Florent Baulieu and UFAZ scientific expert Pierre Collet.

The Committee discussed new trends and action plans for the next 2018/2019 academic year (including UFAZ new laboratories), the results of UFAZ 3rd Scientific Committee held in Baku on November 2018 and UFAZ global development strategy for 2020.
