At the same time, the UFAZ Management started investigations and it was established that an important proportion of UFAZ students benefited from the final exam questions and corrections, ilegally obtained through email hacking ahead of the exams
Since its establishment, the UFAZ project truely stands with European standards works with the principles of transparency, honesty and justice. Assessing the knowledge and skills of its students in just and fair conditions is one of the fundamental principles of the university. Attempts to gain unequal advantage compared to others during the exams have always been prevented, and the objectivity of the examination process and its outcomes have always been preserved.
On June 19, 2019 ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli and UFAZ Coordinator, Professor Jean-Marc Planeix together with UFAZ Administration, made a decision on canceling the final exam results of Physics and Mathematics for all second-years students from all specialities and holding different exams on June 27-28, 2019 in order for all students to pass their exams in equal conditions. The university totally assumes this strict but fair decision.
