UFAZ admission exam 2018 was successfully organised on July 25 2018. UFAZ Scientific Expert and Computer Science professor from the University of Strasbourg Pierre Collet who visits the university throughout the year, has shared his expressions about the examination process: "All the questions and exam process overall were structured by the French professors from the University of Strasbourg". Pierre Collet also noted that "due to the complementarity between the UFAZ exam and the SEC national admission exam, we were able to choose very talented students in country."

It is very important to highlight that 262 from 880 students who showed best results in country and scored over 600 in 1rst group (SEC) have applied to UFAZ admission exam.

The exam lasted 130 minutes from 10.00AM to 12.10AM. Students were able to choose Azerbaijani or Russian sector and had to answer 20 test questions on Math, Physics, Chemistry and General Knowledge. Then there was an English test where students had to answer questions based on the scientifc text they read and write an essay of 70 / 100 words. 

This year, UFAZ registered an increase of 16% of applicants, amongst the best Azerbaijani students of the country. Average score of the applicants was around 630 points (SEC score in the 1rst group).

French expert Pierre Collet was very enthusiastic about these positive and encouraging admission results.
