On February 26, 2019, UFAZ welcomed the Pasha Bank Digital Lab team or the first ever career mapping in the framework of UFAZ Career Workshops Series. 

All of the Computer Science students gathered in the Big Conference Hall to get a short introduction to the Pasha Bank Digital Lab activities in Azerbaijan and a career mapping session to facilitate the future career choices for the employer (Pasha Bank) and potential employees from UFAZ. 

Head of Digital Engineering Vusal Khalilov and Senior HR Business Partner Afet Baghirova had an interactive talk with students where they spoke about hard skills versus soft skills when it comes to working in a team and their importance and trends in today's high-competing IT labor market. 

At the end of the presentation, students had a chance to fill out the career mapping template, which they will send back to the bank representatives. Pasha Bank is planning to host open days during the year, where UFAZ students will have a chance to take a closer look at the working process of the one-of-a-kind digital lab in the country. 

Pasha Bank and UFAZ administration including the Computer Science program coordinator and scientific expert of UFAZ Pierre Collet had a fruitful meeting at the end of the session where both parties discussed mutual cooperation.
