On 20 May, 2019, the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ), French Lyceum of Baku (LFB) and the Educational Complex 132-134 signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) in order to further enhance cooperation towardsFrench Education in Azerbaijan. 

This Letter of Intent seeks to develop opportunities of joint cooperation between students, faculty members of those three institutions as well as to develop organization of joint cultural events and implementation of various projects focused on French language and education.

French Ambassador to the Republic of Azerbaijan HE Aurélia Bouchez, ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli, Director of Education Complex №132-134 Sara Khanlarova, Vice President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic on HR, IT and Regulations, Khalik Mammadov, UFAZ Director Vazeh Askarov and UFAZ Secretary General Charlotte Payen attended the signing ceremony. 

After the official part, the event continued in a warm and friendly manner on the 4th floor on UFZ with a reception for the guests.
