On April 23 2018, UFAZ gave a start to the Francophonie Week and held an exhibition of a young artist Musa Niftali. Just like his elder brother Yusif, Musa is also thinking about applying to UFAZ after graduation from school. He has been inspired by the French and Azerbaijani cultures and introduced everyone his painting that exhibits main cultural symbols of two countries: the Maiden Tower and the Eiffel Tower.

Among distinguished guests of the exhibition, for the first time UFAZ welcomed the famous national artists of Azerbaijan Aghali Ibrahimov (Union of Artists of Azerbaijan) and Arif Huseynov. Musa's paintings are all very vivid and colourful. He likes to mix most light colours and paint women portraits using very expressive women looks as well as hiding them beneath the veil.

It was a special day to mark the beginning of the cultural week at UFAZ dedicated to the Francophonie.
