On October 18 2018, UFAZ welcomed special representatives from the HR department of BP Azerbaijan who held special information session for UFAZ 2nd and 3rd year students in the framework of the BP "Skills Refinery" program 2019.

BP HR Advisor Mehriban Sheykhzamanova, as well as two other HR representatives Sabina Valiyeva and Ali Damirzada have spoke largely about the job opportunities in BP.

They stressed amongst others that the "Skills Refinery" program will be launched in five countries that are Azerbaijan, England, USA, Australia and Singapur. The program was created on the basis of the most modern numeric technologies. It will make it possible for the students to explore their talents and abilities as well as test and improve them in different fields they will be working in.
