Baker Hughes representatives Emilya Mammadova from ASPIRE Services Operations Program delivering a lecture to UFAZ studens
On November 29, 2019, in the frame of UFAZ Guest Lectures 2019/2020, Baker Hughes representatives, Emilya Mammadova from ASPIRE Services Operations Program, Ayan Aghayeva and Elvira Pashayeva from Human Resources Department conducted an engaging and interactive session for UFAZ second and fourth-year Oil and Gas Engineering students.
Mrs. Mammadova provided insights on the stages of Field Engineering (FE) program, early-career development program in Baker Hughes. Program requires 3 years and 4 stages of experience to be accomplished. In FE-1 stage, employees are supposed to accomplish certain trainings, acquire basic knowledge and work under supervision, while on the last FE-G stage, engineers become LEAD and work mainly on project management.
Later, HR Team answered student questions on internship and job opportunities in Baker Hughes Company.
Emilya Mammadova is currently assigned to ASPIRE Services Operations program of Baker Hughes. In this role her first assignment will be coordinating Integrated Operations in Norway with support to Integrated Well Services. Before this appointment she served as a Field Engineer in LEAD program being exposed to different segments of Baker Hughes in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, USA and Kuwait. During those assignments she accomplished range of various technical tasks and business cases.
