During January 21-24, 2019 ASOIU Rector, Professor Mustafa Babanli and UFAZ Director, Associate Professor Vazeh Askerov, during their official visit to Israel, participated in the meeting held at the Israeli National Academy of Sciences in presence of Chief of Staff of Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nazim Samadov, the Vice-President of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences Ibrahim Guliyev, as well as the representatives of other governmental agencies. 

The meeting featured a discussion on the development of cooperation between the universities of two countries, as well as the strengthening of the relations in the field of science, and other perspectives of collaboration.
