On October 20, the Chairman of the Association of Cybersecurity Organizations of Azerbaijan (ACOA) Rahid Alakbarli and the representatives of the association visited the French-Azerbaijani University (UFAZ). UFAZ Executive Director Vazeh Askarov, General Secretary Elizaveta Bydanova, Head of IT Department and Informatics Teacher Javid Khalilov, and Head of Education Department Latifa Nasibova took part in the meeting.

The guests first got acquainted with the premises of the university and the educational  processes here. The UFAZ Executive Director provided them with extensive information about educational programs, laboratories, research opportunities and the UFAZ Foundation. Rahid Alakbarli, in his turn, informed about the activities of the association. ACOA operates in the field of cyber security partnership, education, cyber-transformations, regulation and training. 

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on possible future cooperation opportunities between UFAZ and ACOA - students' internship opportunities, training, university-private partnership, cooperation in the field of training and cyber laboratories, and other issues of mutual interest.
